Job description

Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates the deployment of quality systems and certification processes within an organisation.

What you will do

  • Analysis and improvement of all working procedures related to production and quality improvements.
  • Working together with the Business Teams to optimise the processes and systems to achieve yield targets
  • Identify, investigate, analyse and report non-conformance
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to maintain/improve yield target
  • Manage Audits
  • Ensure that all procedures are adhered to
  • Conduct house-keeping, always keeps work area clean and tidy
  • Record keeping
  • Provide regular statistical reports for the management
  • Plan, organise, assign, review and evaluate work performance
  • Training and management of the people working in Quality Assurance and overall education of quality requirements throughout the factory with appropriate responsibilities assigned
