Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates the design and construction of engineering and process plants.

• Ensure process capability and efficiency improvement or stabilization
• Develops and standardizes procedures and methods to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of engineering services, projects
• Conduct inter-plant benchmarking to improve efficiency in Energy, Projects etc
• Ensure equipment, Tooling & Process requirements are aligned and suitable for achieving product requirements
• Ensure Production Quality - Implement and maintain processes that produce products to required quality objectives
• Ensure fully industrialised products & processes
• Corrective actions to reduce scrap & reporting of actions to ensure this reduction
• Advice to company & management regarding processes
• Ensure clear and precise reports, present technical information and data in an effective manner for Plant Operations Reviews, internal department reviews
• Planning of Budget - Monthly and Annual Forecasts, Financial and Human Resources
