Job description

Records and coordinates the flow of work and materials between departments or sub-sections, examines orders for goods and prepares production schedules for production units.

What you will do

  • Arrange meetings and correspond with all internal / external parties
  • Update daily hours, overtime hours, training hours, production delays and production produced
  • Process Staff and Hourly employees leave
  • Ensures housekeeping is maintained - that service operators keep everything in their right places, and the machines clean
  • Responsible for the administration of incentive system. Ensure all data entered and assessments done on a weekly / monthly basis in the specified time frames
  • Make random checks during the shift to check if the machine is keeping to the programmed sequence and also check the quality of the component and compound
  • Checking and inspection of machine that are causing defects and uniformity scrap1
  • Ensure all breakdowns are attended to as soon as possible
  • Report writing and presentations per shift
  • Hand over the shift to the oncoming employee
