Operates spray painting equipment to paint and apply other industrial coatings to manufactured items.

• Carry out all work-related duties and instructions by first line manager
• Obtain stillage with unpainted covers and spray paint
• Pull stillage with covers of the right size and locate alongside painting booth
• Place tyre onto rotating drive wheels within booth position guide roller
• Gloves must be worn and paint contamination must be avoided
• Ensure mask is not excessively covered with paint
• Unhooking of stillage for easy spry painting process
• Spray paint covers with even spread
• Checks paint coverage
• Position tyre accurately on stillage and push aside for moulding
• Housekeeping and ensure area around machine is kept clean.
