Installs and maintains lubrication equipment and systems.

• Moulding
• Fill up grease container
• Fill up hydraulic containers with hydraulic oil
• Fill up gear box behind presses with gear box oil
• Fill up the grease nipples for bul gears
• Fetch oil and grease from RMS/ CGS
• Remove the scrap metal from mould store
• Ensure housekeeping in mould store
• Clean grease on presses, behind, in front, under, around and on the plattens.
• Wash the floor around the press
• Conduct testing
• Fill up all on the ASM gear box
• Grease the load wheels
• Clean the spilled oil around and under the ASMs
