Conducts in-line and/or end-line quality inspections and/or analyses final manufactured product to ensure conformance to customer specification. Identify and investigate causes of non-conformance. Recommend corrective action to address non-conformance

• Ensuring that everything is according to specification
• Conduct machine checks
• Check that all required tools are available e.g. stamp
• Scan components for nonconforming tyre sizes
• Ensure housekeeping is done as specified
• Main contact between central and plant for scrap improvement process
• Analyse data and products - look at trends, results and problem-solving effects
• Facilitate scrap attack meetings weekly and monthly
