Installs software and hardware and configures operating system software in preparation for testing and conduct testing.

• Ensure that Technology is up to date and according to requirements to achieve desired results

• Recruitment & development of methods to retain specialised skills (inspection, grading and rework)
• Plan, organise, assign, review and evaluate work performance
• Plan, conduct and coordinate corrective actions for Product Audits (according to VDA6)
• Ensure Structured Problem Solving (corrective & preventative actions
• Process related reports
• Advise the Plant and Product Industrialisation department on Quality related test results
• Review reports
• Control / Monitor Operating Expenses Initiates CR's for future investments. (forecasts)
• Analyse/Test/Inspect & classify products
