Performs a range of clerical and administrative tasks.

What you will do

  • Filing, reconciling, scanning, printing, data entry, and processing paperwork
  • Update Production Manager Report
  • Daily report writing and presentations
  • Maintain office and other supplies
  • Collect Weekly Hours processed and check against clocking
  • Manning reports Losses reports
  • Update daily hours, overtime hours, training hours, production delays and production produced
  • Hand over the shift to the oncoming technical assistant foreman
  • Ensures that service operators keep everything in their right places, and the machines are clean
  • Housekeeping is maintained
