Monitors stock levels and maintains stock, order and inventory records.

• Inventory level, obsolete stock, stock movement and stock take reporting
• Develops and standardizes procedures and methods to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Engineering Stores Identifies opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
• Maintenance of departmental equipment and facilities in a satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.
• Ensure adherence to the best practices & standards in the company and the legal requirements of the government relating to safety and engineering practices
• Reports on stock issues (checked & run daily)
