Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates the design and construction of engineering and process plants.

Lead and manage corporate level energy efficiency efforts, activities and programs including planning and conducting energy audits, training energy coordinators, optimizing steam generation, ensuring accuracy in the corporate energy accounting and database, overall focus being to reduce energy consumption per ton of product produced.

Develops, implements and evaluates risk management policies and programs, trains employees in occupational health and safety procedures, monitors and audits the workplace, and records and investigates incidents to ensure safe and healthy working conditions.

Records and coordinates the flow of work and materials between departments or sub-sections, examines orders for goods and prepares production schedules for production units.
